Questions

For information about how we collect and use personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to browsing, using our curation request tools, contacting us, and purchasing products offered through our online shop.

You must be at least 16 years old to submit a form on this Site. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or enter a legally binding contract with us. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.

2. Our services

Forever Furnishings is a UK-based online furniture curation and retail company. We curate collections that reflect modern furniture trends and practical buying needs, including 2026 preferences such as curved silhouettes, modular seating, textured upholstery (including bouclé-style fabrics), natural woods and earthy colour palettes.

Our services include:

  • Providing curated furniture collections through our Shop.
  • Offering a personalised furniture recommendation service via Curated For You, based on the information you provide.
  • Publishing educational content and buying guides through our Blog and Trends 2026 pages.

Our curation and guidance is informational and intended to support purchase decisions. It does not replace professional interior design services, structural advice or specialised accessibility planning. Measurements and suitability for your home remain your responsibility.

3. Orders, pricing and availability

Product details, pricing, availability, delivery methods and lead times are shown on the Site. We aim to keep all information accurate and up to date, but errors can happen. If a pricing or availability error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid, and we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, depending on the product and fulfilment route. Some items may be fulfilled by partner suppliers as part of our curated retail model; where this applies, we will still support you through our customer service channels.

Promotions (including free UK mainland delivery where offered) may be limited to specific products, delivery zones or time periods. We do not use deceptive countdown timers or false urgency. If an offer is time-limited, the end date will be stated clearly at the point of purchase.

4. Delivery and access

We offer UK-wide delivery. Many curated collections include free delivery to UK mainland addresses; where free delivery applies, it will be indicated on the relevant product or at checkout. Delivery times vary by product type, supplier schedules and your location.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Items can be delivered safely to your address, including access via doors, hallways, stairs and lifts.
  • You have checked product dimensions and your room plan, especially for larger items such as modular sofas, curved sofas and dining tables.
  • You provide accurate delivery details and contact information.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, lack of access, or missed appointments, re-delivery charges may apply depending on the carrier or supplier policy. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering through Contact or submit a request through Curated For You.

5. Returns and cancellations

Returns and cancellations depend on the product type and fulfilment route. Certain items may be made to order or customised, which can affect cancellation rights. Where applicable, we will provide the relevant information at the point of purchase or in order communications.

If you believe an item has arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us promptly via Contact with a description and supporting photos. We will work with you and any involved fulfilment partners to resolve the issue, which may include replacement parts, an exchange, repair support, or a refund where appropriate.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may have restrictions once opened or used. Please keep original packaging where possible until you are sure you are keeping the item, and inspect deliveries within a reasonable time after receipt.

6. User obligations

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. When you submit information through forms (including curation requests), you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.
